LOCATION

Kuchai Lama, off the Old Klang Road, is one of the older thoroughfares in KL. Once a mostly industrial landscape; with the Ajinomoto factory in residence and a sawmill where the current Pearl International Hotel and Mall is, it is now a fast developing suburb given its proximity to the city centre and also the affordable property prices.

The area is also well connected to major highways and connecting roads, via Old Klang road. (Although, this does not mean that it does not have its share of traffic woes). Property prices in the area, whilst still affordable given its location on the fringe of the city, have risen appropriately in recent years. The upcoming Skyline Kuchai residential high rise looks well positioned to be a landmark of the area, given the scarcity of development land in Kuchai Lama now.
